Role: IT Technician / OSS Support Specialist

Length: 1 year contract

Salary: $25-30/hour

Your New Role

As an IT Technician / OSS Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting OSS systems and associated IT infrastructure in a production environment. You’ll manage incidents, service requests, and change activities, while working closely with cross‑functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues. This role requires a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and offers exposure to enterprise‑scale systems, monitoring, and ongoing platform improvements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3–4 years of experience in an IT Technician, IT Support, or similar technical role
  • Hands‑on experience supporting OSS systems (highly desirable)
  • Strong experience using ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management
  • Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Availability to work on‑site in Toronto two days per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
