GrowthFlare is a B2B growth agency. We build and run full-funnel demand generation systems for our clients: cold outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone, plus the content, landing pages, and conversion infrastructure that turn that outreach into booked meetings. We are the outsourced growth team that engineers a client's entire path from cold lead to booked call.

We run lean on purpose. A small, sharp team running world-class outbound that outperforms 50-person agencies. We work with B2B companies across finance, SaaS, marketing, M&A and more, and we have generated over $45M in qualified pipeline for them.

THE ROLE

When a lead raises their hand on one of our clients' campaigns, it becomes yours. You own it from the first interested reply until it's booked, working email, phone, text, and voicemail to turn interest into meetings on the calendar. This role is the connective tissue between our campaigns and our clients' revenue, and you see the direct line between your effort and the outcome.

THE BASICS

  • Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST
  • 100% remote, anywhere in North America
  • Compensation: flat base plus tiered performance bonuses, split roughly 50/50. Every threshold you hit unlocks more. If you book, you earn.
  • Start date: as soon as we find the right person. We move fast.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN EVERY DAY

  • Respond to interested replies fast. Speed to lead is the whole game. You have five minutes from a live reply to a first touch.
  • Warm-call leads while the interest is hot. Email first, then the dialler, then a voicemail and text if they don't pick up.
  • Follow up across every channel until the lead books or hard-passes. Nothing goes cold.
  • Push every lead through the CRM, from interested to booked. Nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Learn each client's offer cold, across finance, marketing, SaaS and more, well enough to reinforce its value on the fly.
  • Adapt your messaging in real time. Read what each lead actually says and respond like a human, not a script.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Based in North America, available 9am to 5pm EST, ready to work the inbox and phones live.
  • Hungry above all else. Your default question every morning is "how many calls can I book today." Drive matters more than your resume.
  • Comfortable on the phone. Warm calling energizes you.
  • Relentless on follow-up. You text, call, email and leave voicemails until you get a yes or a no.
  • Resourceful, coachable, organized, and you never drop a lead.
  • Bonus: appointment-setting experience or familiarity with tools like EmailBison, Smartlead, Attio or Claude. Not required, just a plus.

No prior sales or SDR experience required. If you're hungry and you can follow a process, we will teach you the rest.
