Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented SDR – Demand Generation with 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, and outbound sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience identifying potential clients, and the ability to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team through strategic outreach and demand generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Generate and qualify leads through demand generation activities.
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
