Manager, Supply Chain

Our BioPharma client is looking for a Manager, Supply Chain and Distribution. Exciting opportunity!

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of Supply Chain and Distribution management experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Serialization experience is a plus
• Candidates local to the DMV area. Hybrid - 3 days in the office, Tuesday, Wed, Thursday on site

Distribution Activities - 50%

• POC and lead for all 3PL’s and responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations
• Lead weekly meetings with 3PL, track performance and operational activities and changes
• Distribution invoice review, approval and coding Business Lead for all Serialization activities. Experience with Pharmaceutical Product Serialization and DSCSA regulations
• New product setup, support launch activities, contract and pricing changes at 3PL
• Support month end closing and lead Audit support activities
• Develop budgets and forecasts

Supply Chain Operation Activities - 40%

• Should be able to manage end-to-end supply chain activities for assigned products/sku’s
• Experienced in Supply and demand planning. Support the Supply chain operations activities as directed by the Supply Chain Leader
• Liaise under the direction of Supply Chain Leader with CMO’s on operational activities like PO’s, contract, invoices, inventory, scheduling, shipments etc.
• Hands on experience with operating Supply Chain Management systems is a must.
• Support the Anaplan Supply and Operations Management system maintenance and updates.
• Technical skills in model building and report development are desirable.
• Lead and support S&OP presentation prep and meetings
• Support month end closing activities

Project Management - 10%

• Good project management skills including tracking timelines and projects
• Support or Lead, as needed, product review meetings, Brand meetings etc.
• Coordination the preparation of Board slides
• Other coordination activities as directed by the Head of Product Portfolio
