Location: Orange County, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, Tuesday required)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + % Annual Bonus + Monthly Work Allowance

We're partnering with a premium consumer brand to find an experienced Senior Manager, Events to lead the strategy and execution of high-profile events across B2B, consumer, and internal audiences.

This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has managed complex, large-scale events, and isn't afraid to own timelines, negotiate with vendors, and keep cross-functional teams aligned. If you've led major trade shows, sales meetings, conferences, or experiential events with significant budgets, we'd love to connect.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale B2B, consumer, and internal corporate events.
• Manage national trade shows, symposiums, educational programs, executive meetings, and consumer activations.
• Own event logistics from venue selection and vendor management through onsite execution.
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, contracts, and run-of-show documentation.
• Partner with marketing, creative, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Negotiate with vendors and hold both external partners and internal teams accountable to deadlines.
• Oversee event marketing materials, signage, registration, communications, and production.
• Lead and mentor an Events Lead while supporting a collaborative event team.
• Measure event success through reporting, attendee feedback, and ROI analysis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of event management experience.
• Proven success managing large-scale events with budgets exceeding $200K.
• Experience leading major trade shows, conferences, corporate meetings, or experiential marketing events.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract management experience.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Previous people management experience preferred.
• Industry experience is open—we're looking for exceptional event professionals.

Additional Details

• Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite each week (Tuesday required).
• Approximately 60% domestic travel, averaging one trade show per month, plus additional corporate meetings and events.
