Designation: Manager Human Resources
Business Unit: Operations & Quality
Function: Human Resources
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar
Reporting to: Plant HR Head
ROLE OVERVIEW/ PURPOSE
This role is responsible for strategically partnering with Quality function for entire employee lifecycle management starting from manpower planning to separation process. The role is also responsible for employee engagement, performance management and retention of critical talent, apart from implementing various corporate initiatives at the site. Additionally the role will be responsible for HR & Admin Quality Management System.
OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
1. Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
- Partnering with line for identifying the people needs
- Ensuring structural efficiencies
- Optimum utilisation of Human Resources with strict controls on manpower cost
2. Recruitment & Selection:
- Optimising the manning percentage for Quality Organisation
- Ensuring recruitment Turn-Around-Time (TAT), to ensure business continuity
3. Diversity & Inclusion:
- Design and implement D&I strategies at the site in consultation with Corporate & Site HR Leadership
- Ensure equal opportunity practices are embedded across the Quality Organisation
4. Learning and Development:
- Training Need Identification for Quality Organisation fulfilling the requirements
- Drive the execution of centrally designed training projects at the site
5. Employee Wellbeing:
- Drive wellbeing initiatives at the site to ensure a resilient workforce with Physical, Mental, Social and Financial wellness
6. Compliance:
- Track and ensure cGMP & Statutory compliance standards are maintained at the site
7. Employee Connect & Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong connect with employees
- Drive Engagement initiatives that enhance trust, belongingness and motivation
8. Environment, Health & Safety:
- Maintain and support environment, health and safety systems in alignment with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
- Masters / Post-graduate Diploma in HR / MSW / Industrial Psychology
Experience
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
