General Manager- Finance (Global Formulations Business)

Job Responsibilities:

• Quarterly Book Closing, IFRS and Audit in coordination with subsidiary finance team.
• Independent monthly review and monitoring of subsidiaries financial transactions.
• Independent monthly review of subsidiary trail balance, balance sheet etc..
• AP Management of ex-India markets and subsidiaries.
• Periodic audit of distributors secondary sales and inventory
• Implementation of DOA and monitoring of its adherence
• Leading the automation project initiated by corporate GFB finance.
• Leading the finalization and implementation of various SOPs across the countries.
• Visit to overseas markets for subsidiary audit, distributors claims verification/audit etc.
• Special projects handling and management

Work Experience:

• 10-12 Years Post Qualification experience with pharma/FMCG company.

• Self-driven, analytical skills, cross-country management, task prioritization, goal orientation
