
Paid Search (PPC) Assistant Marketing Manager

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining Paid Search PPC activity to generate and cultivate prospect demand for Personal Investing Products and Services. Your role will involve supporting the Search Marketing Manager in defining an integrated search strategy encompassing both Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and PPC. You will work towards delivering prospect acquisition growth and ensuring that campaigns align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Search strategy and annual PPC Plan to drive prospect demand and grow new prospect acquisition.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns executed via Digital Agency on Google and Bing Ads to drive optimal visibility, efficiencies, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with core stakeholders across Marketing and the broader business to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy and effective landing pages.
- Conduct regular detailed keyword research and analyze competitor strategies to gain market insights and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualification Required:
- Proven PPC account management experience, including a strong understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in using analytics PPC tools and developing reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in project and campaign management.
- Passion for personal development and upskilling in technical expertise and core competencies.
- Experience working within Financial Services and understanding of UK FCA compliance requirements would be advantageous.
