PURPOSE
The Specialist, Content Marketing & Personalization is versatile and data-driven who will own the end-to-end organic strategy. You will be responsible to work with our agency partners to craft high-impact content, managing our social media presence, and leveraging data to deliver personalized experiences across our digital touchpoints. The role has the keys to our brand’s voice and the tools to ensure that voice reaches the people who need to hear it most. You’ll be bridging the gap between broad brand awareness and 1:1 customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary goal is fostering long-term, organic relationships, building community and providing value through:
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a multi-channel content calendar with our agency partner that aligns with the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, decision) to achieve business goals and SEO best practices. Coordinate the production of high-quality assets (blogs, videos, images or articles) that resonate with our target personas considering multi-channel adaptation. Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and serves the customer journey. Maximize SEO optimization by ensuring keywords are integrated and building links to ensure that the content actually ranks on Google and LLMs. Ensure that the measurement framework is implemented and reported monthly with the marketing team.
- Organic Social Media & Community: Manage and grow our presence on key social platforms, monitoring mentions and industry keywords to see what people are saying about the brand. Working with our social agency to engage with our community fosters brand loyalty and gathers qualitative feedback to be utilized internally. As with content creation, ensure that there is a content calendar focused on the key strategic pillars across multi-platforms and measure effectiveness of key actions. Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts to maintain high organic reach.
- Personalization & Lifecycle Marketing: Collaborate with the website and data team to segment audiences based on behavior, or intent. Implement "right-time, right-message" strategies and incorporate A/B test content variations to optimize conversion rates for different user segments.
- Financial Ownership: You will manually process all invoices, track actuals against the budget, and ensure all vendor payments are reconciled within internal systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years in content marketing, social media or digital strategy (Agency-side experience is advantage)
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- A good understanding of SEO (search engine optimization)
- Advanced skills in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g., SAP) will be appreciated
- Excellent math ability
- Good organizational skills
