Opportunity To Grow Your Career As a Financial Analyst, you will assist with financial planning and budgeting, analyze financial statements and be responsible for the support and maintenance of our FP&A and Accounting systems, build and validate multiple reports for the Finance teams, make sure various integrations are supported and maintained, and keep up-to-date knowledge of system needs for customization and integration. You will report to the Manager FP&A. <h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Be responsible for the support, planning, analysis, and delivery of our key financial tools,  as well as running and maintaining their integration with other Fictiv’s systems.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the planning tools are up and running and to ensure minimal downtime.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist with the recurring forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Automate data retrieval tasks via reports & dashboards.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead or participate in the development and implementation of new systems and new reports and administer those reports going forward. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain an in-depth understanding of existing business application architecture, including integrations and data structures.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify the data needs for Financial tasks and communicate with Data teams and other business partners to close the gaps.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Troubleshoot problems that Finance’s teams encounter with Fictiv’s tools and systems, including but not limited to the planning tools, NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, and Sigma.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Interface with external software vendors for product issues, troubleshooting and resolution; initiating Service Requests (SR's) as necessary with other 3rd Party Vendors.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Liaise and act as representative for Fictiv FP&A to other systems teams within the organization.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered around existing systems.</li> </ul> <h3>Desired Traits</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3- 5 years in a similar role, preferred at a technology or manufacturing related business.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Required experience with implementation and management of financial planning systems such as Hyperion/ NSPB or Anaplan.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP systems (required); experience with Salesforce, Odoo, Sigma (desirable).</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Skills in tools for efficiently querying large databases.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Expertise with MS Office suite and G. suite.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Understanding of Financial Statements and Finance and Accounting principles.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight timelines.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong attention to details.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn, strong sense of accountability, and a proven track record of delivering results.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must work well under pressure, be sensitive to deadlines, be able to interact in a team environment, be able to adapt quickly to change, and possess excellent analytical, problem solving and customer service skills.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must be able to troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate solutions for system issues to the stakeholders.</li> </ul>  <div class="content-conclusion">  <hr> <a href="http://www.fictiv.com" target="_blank">About Fictiv</a> Fictiv is transforming how the next rockets, self-driving cars, and life-saving robots are designed, developed, and delivered to customers around the world.
