Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Internal Logistics in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company’s goal at the Devanahalli, Bangalore Location.

Job Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

We are currently hiring for the following positions Manufacturing🛠Team:

Job Specification:

• Issue materials from various warehouses to production areas using material handling equipment such as RGVs (Rail Guided Vehicles), AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), forklifts, BOPTs, HOPTs, stackers, conveyors, etc.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials, assembly materials, PPEs, and consumables on the shop floor in alignment with the production plan.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources during raw material movement, unpacking, soaking, issuance, and scrap handling while maintaining safety, quality, hygiene, and compliance with standards.
• Allocate manpower for activities such as kitting, de-palletizing, palletizing, packing, material issuance, and internal scrap movement.
• Achieve zero stock variance through regular stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and variance analysis.
• Segregate scrap as per defined standards in all responsible areas.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including Production Planning, Process, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Contractors, and SCM—to ensure smooth fulfilment of business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to standards related to EHS, Quality, Hygiene, IGCR, Scrap Management, Soaking Requirements, and Planned Maintenance.
• Safely handle hazardous chemicals by ensuring appropriate PPE usage, conducting risk assessments, following EHS manuals, and providing team training.
• Continuously strive to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Ensure all required entries are accurately recorded and approved in SAP, and that documentation is maintained as per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain strict adherence to organizational and regulatory standards

Area Of Responsibilities:

• Issue materials to production as per the approved production plan to ensure Zero production lose.
• Comply with all EHS, government, and other applicable regulatory standards

Requirements

🎓 Must have 6-15 yrs experience with B.E / B.Tech
