About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over four years of professional experience in developing responsive, user-friendly web applications.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills in frontend technologies, a keen eye for design, and excellent communication abilities. As a Frontend Developer at IDX™, you will play a vital role in transforming design concepts into high-quality digital experiences that align with our clients' brand visions. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including designers, backend developers, and project managers, to deliver seamless web solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a strong foundation in frontend development, including:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services
• Familiarity with image editing and optimization tools such as Photoshop or similar
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams
• Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Sitecore
• Basic knowledge of Node.js is advantageous
• Ability to work in fast-paced, support-driven environments and manage rotational shifts
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Willingness to adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing and maintaining responsive web interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Translating design mockups into high-quality, pixel-perfect UI components
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand and implement business and user requirements
• Optimizing web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Integrating frontend applications with backend services via APIs
• Performing image optimization and basic editing tasks using tools like Photoshop
• Ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, performance, and security standards
• Supporting and maintaining CMS-driven websites, with a preference for Sitecore platforms
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and consistency
• Providing support in a 24x7 environment, including rotational shifts as needed
