Job Description

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and scale robust infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving DevOps maturity, enabling cloud-native architecture, and ensuring high availability and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments
  • Build and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS/Azure Cloud platforms
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes/Docker
  • Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure using tools like Grafana, ELK
  • Drive DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability assessments and security automation
  • Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and system improvements
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams for seamless deployments
  • Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Define and enforce best practices for DevOps lifecycle and release management

Must-Have Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
  • Strong expertise in AWS or Azure (VPC, EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and system administration
  • Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Salt)
  • Understanding of DevOps best practices and automation frameworks

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud-native architecture
  • Familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD, GoCD
  • Knowledge of monitoring & logging tools (Grafana, ELK Stack)
  • Exposure to security automation and compliance frameworks
