Job Title: Recruitment Specialist / Talent Acquisition Partner (Client-Deputed)Locations

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Talent Acquisition professionals who will be deputed at client locations and act as strategic hiring partners for leading Manufacturing and Automotive organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, plant, and R&D functions, with strong stakeholder management and sourcing capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Partner closely with client hiring managers and HR teams to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, market mapping, and AI-enabled sourcing tools.
Drive hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, plant, operations, quality, supply chain, and R&D roles.
Ensure high-quality submissions and maintain strong relevance ratios.
Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.

Client Stakeholder Management

Work as an on-site Talent Acquisition partner at the client location.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and hiring trends.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche positions.
Support diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding activities.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Desired Profile

3–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Prior experience in handling hiring mandates for Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Plant, or R&D functions is mandatory.
Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, engineering services companies, or manufacturing organizations will be preferred.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to ATS platforms and AI-enabled sourcing tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
