Role Description This is an on-site contract role based in Indore for a Social Media & Content Marketing Intern. The intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others relevant to the brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging posts, captions, short-form videos, and stories; scheduling and publishing content; and monitoring engagement metrics. The role also involves assisting with basic digital marketing tasks, researching trends in event and experiential marketing, drafting copy for campaigns or emailers, and coordinating with the events team to capture content before, during, and after events. The intern will help maintain a consistent brand voice, respond to comments or messages as needed, and contribute ideas for improving audience reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of key platforms and basic analytics.
• Ability in Social Media Content Creation, including writing captions, basic visual ideation, and familiarity with short-form video or reels.
• Foundational knowledge of Marketing principles and an interest in brand building and event promotion.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editing apps) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site event environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak event periods and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
