Role Overview:
You will be joining ERM as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Content Marketing, responsible for driving the ideation, planning, and delivery of marketing content assets to support multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your role will involve creating high-quality marketing content assets to enhance lead generation and client engagement. You will work closely with marketers to translate briefs into channel-specific content deliverables, such as social media assets, short-form videos, landing pages, surveys/polls, and more, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, audience, and channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketers to design and deliver integrated, multi-touchpoint campaigns.
- Deliver content marketing assets across various channels like web, email, and social media, including organic social posts, one-pager summaries, short-form videos/storyboards, static banners, surveys/polls, and more.
- Tailor content to different audiences within campaigns and stages in the funnel/lifecycle using demographic and behavioral indicators.
- Write and adapt campaign copy for different formats and character limits while maintaining consistency with messaging and brand tone of voice.
- Coordinate the translation of assets/copy for different languages.
- Storyboard, script, and plan the shooting of videos for use in multiple formats and channels.
- Repurpose webinar content into other short-form content.
- Develop creative briefs, collaborate with designers and videographers, and manage project workflows to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Set up, distribute, and manage assets while ensuring they meet brand standards, accessibility best practices, compliance requirements, and are tracked properly for reporting.
- Maintain an organized asset library with source files and final versions for reuse and adaptation across campaigns.
- Track and report on performance, share insights with stakeholders, and make recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment, ideally in a consultancy.
- Proven experience as a Digital/Content Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AI tools and content creation workflows.
