Hiring: Social Media Strategist (On-Site – Bhopal)

What You’ll Actually Do
- Build a sharp, no-BS content strategy for a celebrity
- Create moments, not posts
- Execute campaigns that people save, share, and talk about
- Jump on trends before they’re trends
- Turn insights into growth, not reports
Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- You’ve already done this before. Successfully.
- Agency / personal branding / influencer ecosystem experience preferred
- You understand what works beyond surface-level “aesthetics”
Technical Skills (No Faking This)
- You understand Instagram & YouTube algorithms better than most creators
- You can read analytics and actually take action from it
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager (bonus if you’ve scaled campaigns)
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, watch time & content psychology
- Comfortable with tools like Notion / Trello / scheduling platforms
- You know what makes a reel scroll-stopping in the first 2 seconds
- Basic understanding of editing formats, cuts, and pacing
