We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in test strategy, SCADA/industrial systems testing, and managing end-to-end QA processes for complex enterprise environments.

• Strong experience in Test Strategy & Test Planning
• Hands-on exposure to SCADA / Industrial Systems Testing
• Experience in QA lifecycle management & test cycles
• Knowledge of automation & manual testing frameworks
• Understanding of quality compliance & standards
• 📌 Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive overall QA strategy
• Plan, execute, and manage testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression)
• Ensure quality compliance and testing standards across systems
• Work on industrial/SCADA-based applications
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders
• Identify risks, track defects, and ensure timely delivery
• Lead QA teams and mentor junior testers
