Configuration & Implementation : - Configure D365 F&O modules based on business requirements- Support data migration, system integration, and reporting- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations5. Testing & Deployment : - Drive UAT, SIT, and functional testing cycles- Ensure quality deliverables and successful deployments- Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization6.

Stakeholder & Project Management : - Act as a bridge between business and technical teams- Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders- Work in Agile / Scrum environmentsRequired Skills : - Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations- 8+ years of ERP consulting experience- Hands-on experience in full-cycle implementations- Strong knowledge of Finance and/or Supply Chain processes- Experience in data migration, integrations, and reporting- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills : - Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools- Knowledge of Power BI reporting- Microsoft certifications in D365 (Finance / SCM)- Exposure to global implementations (ref: hirist.tech)
