Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end ERP implementations, lead functional teams, and deliver scalable business solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in finance and supply chain processes, along with hands-on experience in D365 F&O implementations.Experience : 5+ yearsKey Responsibilities : 1. Functional Leadership : - Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (Design ? Build ? Test ?
Go-Live ? Support)- Act as a functional SME across Finance and/or Supply Chain modules- Mentor and guide a team of functional consultants2. Requirement Gathering & Solution Design : - Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements- Translate business needs into functional design documents (FDDs)- Design scalable solutions aligned with industry best practices3. Module Expertise : - Strong hands-on experience in one or more areas : a.
Finance : GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgetingb. Supply Chain : Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing4. Configuration & Implementation : - Configure D365 F&O modules based on business requirements- Support data migration, system integration, and reporting- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations5. Testing & Deployment : - Drive UAT, SIT, and functional testing cycles- Ensure quality deliverables and successful deployments- Support go-live and post-implementation stabilization6.
Stakeholder & Project Management : - Act as a bridge between business and technical teams- Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders- Work in Agile / Scrum environmentsRequired Skills : - Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations- 8+ years of ERP consulting experience- Hands-on experience in full-cycle implementations- Strong knowledge of Finance and/or Supply Chain processes- Experience in data migration, integrations, and reporting- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills : - Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools- Knowledge of Power BI reporting- Microsoft certifications in D365 (Finance / SCM)- Exposure to global implementations (ref: hirist.tech)
