We are developing premium certification programs in Tarot Reading, Relationship Tarot, and Spiritual Spell Sciences, designed to empower learners with practical skills, deep spiritual understanding, and professional expertise.

Role Description

The selected candidate has to design professional online certification programs focused on Tarot Reading and Spirituality.

This is not a content-writing role alone. We are looking for someone who can architect complete learning journeys, student outcomes, certification pathways, assessments, assignments, presentations, and webinar structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on astrology concepts, traditions, methodologies, and contemporary practices to develop accurate and comprehensive course content.
• Design and structure complete astrology learning journeys, ensuring a logical progression from foundational to advanced concepts.
• Create detailed module frameworks, lesson plans, and certification pathways aligned with learning objectives.
• Develop beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level astrology curricula that balance theoretical knowledge with practical application.
• Define clear module-wise learning outcomes, competencies, and assessment criteria.
• Build student progression systems, assignments, case studies, and practice exercises to enhance mastery and engagement.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to transform complex astrological knowledge into structured, learner-friendly educational content.
• Continuously update course modules based on industry trends, learner feedback, and emerging developments in the field of astrology.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and educational effectiveness across all course materials and certification programs.

Curriculum Research & DevelopmentPhase 1: Foundation Certifications

Develop detailed curriculum and certification frameworks for:

• Tarot Foundations Certification
• Numerology Foundations Certification
• Manifestation Fundamentals Certification
• Energy Healing Foundations Certification

Responsibilities

• Research foundational concepts, systems, methodologies, and practical applications within Tarot, Numerology, Manifestation, and Healing Sciences.
• Design beginner-friendly certification pathways and structured learning journeys.
• Create detailed module frameworks, lesson plans, and learning objectives.
• Define clear module-wise outcomes and competency benchmarks.
• Build practical exercises, reflection activities, and foundational assessments that help students develop confidence and accuracy.

Phase 2: Practitioner Certifications

Develop detailed curriculum and certification frameworks for:

• Relationship Tarot Practitioner Certification
• Advanced Numerology Practitioner Certification
• Manifestation Practitioner Certification
• Energy Healing Practitioner Certification

Responsibilities

• Research advanced techniques, consultation methodologies, and real-world practitioner frameworks.
• Design intermediate-level learning pathways that bridge theory with client application.
• Create case studies, practice sessions, consultation simulations, and experiential learning activities.
• Develop assignments, assessments, and certification standards for practitioner-level competency.
• Structure student progression systems that prepare learners for professional practice.

Phase 3: Advanced & Mastery Certifications

Develop detailed curriculum and certification frameworks for:

• Advanced Tarot Mastery Certification
• Spiritual Guidance & Intuitive Development Certification
• Advanced Manifestation Sciences Certification
• Energy Healing Master Practitioner Certification

Responsibilities

• Research advanced spiritual methodologies, intuitive development systems, manifestation frameworks, and healing modalities.
• Design mastery-level certification journeys focused on expertise, transformation, and professional excellence.
• Create advanced case studies, client scenarios, practical evaluations, and certification requirements.
• Develop frameworks that enable students to transition from practitioner-level knowledge to mastery and mentorship.
• Ensure all programs maintain a premium educational experience and industry-leading learning standards.

Instructional Design

• Transform expert knowledge into structured, engaging, and learner-centered educational content.
• Design lessons, exercises, assignments, case studies, and practical implementation activities.
• Create assessments, certification criteria, and competency-based evaluation systems.
• Apply adult learning principles to improve engagement, retention, and course completion rates.
• Design clear learning pathways that support student growth across multiple certification levels.

Learning Materials & Resource Development

• Create premium PowerPoint presentations and visual learning assets.
• Design professional student workbooks, journals, worksheets, and practice manuals.
• Build downloadable resources, templates, reference guides, and implementation tools.
• Create facilitator guides, trainer notes, and instructional support materials.

Workshop & Learning Experience Design

• Design webinar structures, workshop flow, and participant learning journeys.
• Create interactive exercises, group activities, and engagement systems.
• Build certification pathways that guide learners from introductory programs to advanced mastery certifications.
• Develop strategies that enhance student transformation, participation, and learning outcomes.
