D9Tech Resources is sourcing multiple hands-on full-stack engineers to design, build, test, and deploy mission-critical solutions across a growing multi-year portfolio at Fort Meade. This is a technical practitioner role, not oversight. You will write code, troubleshoot, and deliver working solutions alongside a cleared engineering bench. If you are happiest with your hands on the build, debugging a pipeline one hour and standing up infrastructure the next, this role was written for you. The work is hybrid. Expect a build-low, deploy-high rhythm of roughly two to three days on-site per week, scaling up to five during key milestones and deployments. The start is ASAP. The initial term runs four months with a strong possibility of extension. What You Will Do Build an enterprise NOC/SOC. Design, build, and deploy an enterprise Network and Security Operations Center in an AWS Landing Zone on the TS network fabric.

Migrate PCTE. Support migration of the Persistent Cyber Training Environment into a USCYBERCOM IL5 and TS AWS Landing Zone, deploying third-party containerized software solutions, maintaining EKS clusters, and establishing hybrid on-premises and cloud networking.

Deliver a Windows VDI solution. Design, build, and deploy an IL5 Windows VDI environment on AWS WorkSpaces, including Active Directory deployment and policy automation, Windows image hardening, and WorkSpaces provisioning and lifecycle automation through infrastructure as code. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph. This is a hard gate and cannot be processed within the start timeline.

U.S. citizenship.

Five or more years of hands-on full-stack engineering with real AWS development depth.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Infrastructure as code: AWS CDK (preferred) or Terraform.

Programming in Python and TypeScript.

Core AWS services: Lambda, EC2, S3, and RDS or DynamoDB.

Security: IAM, VPC, and KMS.

Networking: segmentation, routing, network security, hybrid networking (site-to-site VPN and/or Direct Connect), DNS, and load balancing.

CI/CD: CodePipeline and GitLab CI/CD.

Monitoring: CloudWatch and OpenSearch.

Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, and ECS.

Serverless and microservice patterns: Lambda, SQS, and SNS. Preferred Qualifications Active Contractor Green Badge with NSA Net Accounts.

AWS Landing Zone Accelerator experience.

SOC/NOC experience. Location and Work Environment

Fort Meade, MD area. Candidates should be local or willing to commute one to three times per week, with on-site presence increasing during deployment windows. Remote work runs at roughly fifty percent under a build-low, deploy-high model. About D9Tech Resources
