Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Domestic IT Recruitment Team Lead with 5+ years of experience in domestic IT hiring within the Indian market. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, team handling, stakeholder management, and driving hiring targets across various IT technologies. The candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment team, ensuring timely closures, and building a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the domestic IT recruitment team to achieve hiring goals and timelines.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical and niche IT requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.
• Guide recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and other channels.
• Review and screen candidate profiles to ensure quality submissions.
• Monitor interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer rollouts, and joining processes.
• Drive team performance through regular tracking, mentoring, and coaching.
• Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions with candidates.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment metrics, SLAs, and turnaround times.
• Maintain and optimize candidate databases, ATS, and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and high-demand skill sets.
• Generate recruitment MIS reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in domestic IT recruitment within the Indian market.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and roles including Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Additional Notes

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must be comfortable working on-site / in-office.
• Prior experience in team handling and meeting recruitment KPIs is mandatory.
