• *Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the streaming or digital media industry.
• Clear understanding of Digital OTT workflow end-to-end and AWS infra or equivalent cloud solutions.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure and application monitoring/alerting applications.
• Proficient with incident management applications and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and ability to drive operational excellence.
• Knowledge of incident management processes and ITIL or agile practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and knowledge of local employment laws.
• Must have the legal right to work in UK, India, or Mexico.
