Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at Siemens, your role involves identifying, planning, and managing proactive, consultative opportunities and pursuits in the identified Enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be to serve as the single-point interface for managing and growing the Account globally. Your responsibilities include:

  • Client Relationship Management: You will be responsible for managing relationships across the hierarchy in the client organization, addressing queries, complaints, and concerns related to Siemens engagement.
  • Business Development: Your key performance indicators include driving revenues within the assigned account, focusing on Revenue, Profit, Acquisition, Sales-Pipeline, Receivables, and Customer satisfaction results.
  • Client delivery assurance: You will assure the client of Siemens' commitment and drive the delivery process by collaborating with Delivery Managers and other business units. You will coordinate and consolidate efforts across the organization for the account.
  • Taking Go-to-market Siemens solutions with the account, Account Planning, Governance, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
  • Account Profitability: Working with delivery managers to ensure profitability at sale is adhered to, handling Central Technical Support team, and managing responsibilities such as Project Management and/or Account Management.
  • Rate contract agreement finalization, Order booking, and delivery coordination with the regional team, maintaining a central database of customer install base, and ensuring uniformity in deployment.
  • Pre-empting business risks by resolving potential issues and managing trade-offs to drive sustainable business benefits. You should have the ability for strategic and long-term thinking.
  • Cooperation: Building relations and networks across the organization is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications required for this position include a technical knowledge of Enterprise physical security systems, Fire Alarm, Security, BMS, HVAC, Digital IOT solutions, and IBMS solutions. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field is mandatory. A B.E/B.Tech graduate degree is also required.
