"3-6 Month Contract"- Contract Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00 / Hourly on W-2- Perks: Per Diem Paid Out & All Expenses Covered*** REQUIREMENTS ***Secret Security Clearance (Eligibility)Minimum of 7 years of telecommunications experienceStrong hands-on experience in:ISP and OSP environmentsFiber and copper cabling systemsSplicing and termination practicesTelecommunications infrastructure assessmentsAbility and willingness to travel extensively (100% travel required, expenses covered) Job DescriptionThis role focuses on field-based telecommunications infrastructure assessments across both Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) environments.Key responsibilities:Conduct detailed site surveys across 12–16 buildings per locationAssess existing fiber and copper cabling infrastructureReview and document:Cabling pathwaysTelecommunications rooms and closetsOSP routing and layoutPerform field validation activities, including:Cable identificationSplicing and termination verificationCopper testing and infrastructure checksCollect and organize field data to support engineering and design teamsProduce accurate and thorough documentation for future implementation effortsNote: This role is strictly focused on survey and assessment work.
