Role Overview

We are looking for a Copywriter who can create clear, engaging, and high-impact ad copy

across formats such as static creatives, carousel ads, and video/reel ads.

The role requires someone who can quickly understand the target audience, come up with

strong hooks and messaging, and translate ideas into concise, attention-grabbing copy

that supports marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and high-impact ad copy for static creatives, carousel ads,

and video/reel ads

  • Create compelling headlines, hooks, and primary text variations for different ad

concepts

  • Develop concise, scroll-stopping messaging tailored to different audiences
  • Work closely with designers and video editors to align copy with creative visuals
  • Adapt messaging for different brands (WILA, NST Dubai, CliniLaunch) while

maintaining consistency in tone

  • Interpret briefs and translate them into effective ad copy
  • Ensure all copy is clear, error-free, and aligned with brand communication
  • Generate fresh ideas and angles for ad creatives on a regular basis
  • Stay updated with general ad trends and content styles across platforms

Qualifications

Educational Background:

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. Candidates with strong portfolios and

relevant ad copywriting experience will be preferred.

Experience

2+ years of experience in ad copywriting, preferably in EdTech, digital marketing agencies,

or similar industries.

Skills

  • Strong ability to write clear, concise, and engaging ad copy
  • Experience in writing for static ads, carousel ads, and short video/reel formats
  • Good understanding of audience-focused messaging and content tone
  • Ability to generate multiple creative ideas and variations quickly
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and structure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube) is a plus
