Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6–10 years (preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IAM PAM Business Analyst to join our Cyber Security Identity Access Management (IAM) – PAM & Secrets team. This role focuses on strengthening privileged access controls, ensuring secure credential management, and supporting governance and compliance across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance IAM PAM controls across the organization
• Identify, investigate, and report cybersecurity risks and exposures; drive remediation to closure
• Develop and publish dashboards, MI/KCI/KPI/KRI reports for cybersecurity leadership
• Collaborate with IAM control owners to monitor and improve control effectiveness
• Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and support project execution
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in IAM/PAM operations
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project lifecycle
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, reports, and closure documents

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in IAM/PAM (Privileged Access Management)
• Expertise in tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar
• Solid understanding of secrets management and privileged access controls
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Knowledge of IAM security standards and control frameworks
• Ability to assess control effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement remediation
• Strong data analytics skills with experience in reporting and dashboarding

Good to Have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent
• Experience leading large-scale IAM/PAM transformation programs
• Exposure to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple lines of defense
