Job Description

Looking for an experienced Regional Legal Manager to handle legal operations, litigation, and compliance for the assigned region. The role includes managing legal cases, coordinating with external counsels, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business teams in risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation and legal cases across the region
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and notices
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with lawyers, authorities, and internal teams
• Provide legal support for collections and recovery

Requirements

• LLB / LLM
• 10-15 years of experience (NBFC/Banking preferred)
• Strong legal drafting and litigation skills
• Locations : Tirupati / Vijayawada / Visakhapatnam
