Review production and quality records to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Manage master lists, document revisions, change controls, and record retention systems.
Conduct documentation-related training and create awareness on quality and food safety requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in QA documentation within the food/FMCG industry and hands-on exposure to BRCGS, IFS, Fair Trade, and HACCP audits.
