Job Description

As a Key Account Manager Ecommerce, you will be responsible for managing key Qcom and Ecommerce accounts such as Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket, Flipkart, among others. Your role will involve executing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the channel and Key accounts, developing and executing Joint Business plans to increase the market share of the brand by customer, and achieving planned sales targets by channel and customer. You will also act as the lead resource for assortment planning, new product listing, and region expansion. Furthermore, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns on Ecommerce platforms, ensuring effective spending within allocated promotional costs to drive sales and brand building. Monitoring the performance of each customer and taking corrective actions will be crucial, along with providing trade information, competitor activities, and market intelligence to the company. Your role will also involve ensuring 100% fill rates to key accounts by managing stocks at distributors and forecasting accurately by coordinating with internal teams. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives is essential.

Qualifications Required:

  • Strong knowledge of channels, distribution partners, geographies, and the food industry
