Location: Barasat, West Bengal

Can you research, write, and create with AI? Brainware University is hiring.

Brainware University is expanding its AI Research & Development Cell and is looking for talented individuals who can research deeply, write clearly, think independently, and create high-quality content with the smart use of AI tools.

This is not a routine content role. It is an opportunity to work on meaningful assignments connected to institutional strategy, culture, heritage, CSR, education, and knowledge development, while helping shape a fast-moving AI-driven work environment.

No. Of Vacancy: 4-5

Specialisation:

• Two strong research and writing people (IKS, CSR, culture, Tagore, institutional work)
• One specialist who can convert ideas into video scripts
• One person strong in prompting and AI-assisted writing
• One editor who refines and speeds up output

What the role involves:-

• Research on themes such as Indian Knowledge Systems, culture, heritage, CSR, education, and institutional development
• Drafting articles, reports, concept notes, institutional write-ups, scripts, and related content
• Converting long-form content into short-form formats such as captions, briefs, social media copy, and video scripts
• Using AI tools to improve the speed, structure, and quality of content creation
• Working closely with design, media, and strategy teams for integrated output

Desired profile:-

• Strong writing, comprehension, and analytical ability
• Ability to think clearly and produce structured output within timelines
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, drafting, summarisation, and content refinement
• Candidates from English, Journalism, Humanities, Social Sciences, Management, Law, or related backgrounds may apply
• UG is essential; PG is desirable
• Freshers with exceptional writing and execution ability may also be considered
