Duties
- Counsel clients and oversee a high volume of employment-based immigration cases.
- Prepare immigration petitions and applications, assessing eligibility and developing evidence.
- Draft and review H-1B, L-1, TN petitions, and PERM Labor Certification responses.
- Draft correspondence to administrative agencies and respond to requests for evidence.
- Conduct PERM cycle placement and workforce planning analyses.
- Conduct in-depth research to support cases and projects.
- Develop an expert understanding of client industries.
- Partner with colleagues to resolve client issues and support projects.
- Communicate regularly with clients and foreign nationals on case matters.
- Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
- Delegate and supervise work of junior associates and paralegal staff.
- Contribute to the development of practice processes for efficiency.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Bar admission.
