A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join its Chemical & Life Sciences practice group in Alexandria, VA. This hybrid position supports an active ANDA litigation practice.

Duties

• Engage in Paragraph IV ANDA litigation.
• Collaborate with the Chemical & Life Sciences team.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy development.

Requirements

• Pre-2022 law school graduate.
• 2+ years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience.
• Technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or similar preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
