Duties

• Draft and prosecute patent applications.

• Provide patent counseling to clients.
• Conduct patent due diligence studies for business transactions.
• Collaborate with other practices to offer comprehensive services to life science companies.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or materials science.
• Over seven years of relevant experience.
• Previous law firm or industry experience.
• Current patent bar membership.

Education

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.

Certifications

• Patent bar membership.
