Your mission (should you choose to accept it!)

As a

Governance & Compliance Analyst

, you will support the Portfolio Governance & Delivery (PGD) team by ensuring strong governance practices, accurate reporting, and compliance across IT initiatives.

You will play a key role in bringing

structure, clarity, and reliability

to portfolio-level execution.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Support the enforcement of governance standards and processes across the portfolio
• Monitor project compliance and maintain governance documentation aligned with best practices
• Maintain and update

dependency logs

, working closely with project teams to manage risks and impacts

• Support project onboarding and offboarding to ensure adherence to governance policies
• Contribute to the end-to-end reporting process: data collection, validation, analysis, and visualization
• Produce clear and meaningful portfolio reports and dashboards
• Analyze compliance data across multiple departments and demonstrate progress and trends

Your future team

You will work within a cross-functional governance team, collaborating with project managers, technology teams, and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Your toolset

• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, data analysis, reporting)
• Portfolio and governance reporting tools
• Dependency tracking and documentation standards
• Technology and financial services environments (strong asset)

About you

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project governance, PMO, or reporting roles
• Solid understanding of project governance, compliance, and financial tracking concepts
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize insights
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Proactive, accountable, and collaborative mindset
• Curious, structured, and solution-oriented
