Job Description

Lead transformative training initiatives as a Project Manager. Support implementation of Learning & Development and Operational Guidelines to unify and enhance processes within a strategic environment.

In this role, you will help evolve manual processes into a scalable, reliable model. You’ll work closely with workstream leads, manage roadmaps and KPIs, and support training management as a certified Learning Expert. Your expertise in the life sciences and experience in strategic execution will drive success across diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workstream execution for defined components
  • Participate in roadmap and KPI reviews
  • Provide Learning Expert support for training management
  • Organize scientific knowledge trainings and workshops
  • Facilitate successful outcomes with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field
  • Project management certification required (PMP, Agile, etc.)
  • 3–5 years experience in life sciences/healthcare sector
  • Familiarity with L&D information systems
  • Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
