We are looking for a driven Senior Business Manger ready to take ownership of a business perimeter and grow it in the Toronto tech market.

💼 Your mission

• Develop and grow your client portfolio in the Toronto IT/engineering ecosystem
• Identify business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
• Understand client challenges and design relevant consulting & engineering solutions
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Work closely with recruitment teams to attract and place top consultants
• Support the delivery of complex technical projects with your teams
• Manage your own profit center: revenue, margin, and growth are your responsibility

🎯 What we’re looking for

• Engineering background or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, IT services, or entrepreneurship
• Strong appetite for sales, client relationship building, and business growth
• Comfortable working in English
• You think in terms of results, ownership, and impact
