Your missions

• Implement and configure Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules for clients
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
• Customize compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus plans, and related business processes
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues
• Deliver end-user training and create documentation for clients
• Support data migration and integration activities related to compensation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements

Your profile

• Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation module implementation or support
• Experience with HRIS systems and business process configuration
• Experience with generative AI tools
• Workday Compensation or Advanced Compensation certification is a plus
• Academic background: information technology, human resources, or related field
• English fluent.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You demonstrate strong communication skills
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
