About The Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices that form the backbone of our healthcare platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that directly impact patient outcomes and healthcare provider efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver with a strong foundation in Java, Node.js, and REST API development, and will thrive in an agile environment that encourages innovation and ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java, Node.js, and REST API development with a focus on security.
• Proficient in using Git for source control management and familiar with Continuous Integration (CI) tools to streamline builds and deployments.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying systems on at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or an equivalent provider.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering patterns, especially those used in scalable, distributed, and resilient systems.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, including distributed messaging patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
• Ability to document high-level and low-level system designs clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ownership and pride in code quality, with a passion for building innovative solutions.

• Contribute to the documentation of high-level architecture and detailed design specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development.
• Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies to enhance system performance, security, and scalability.
