About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to take ownership of building highly-performant, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces across our product suite. You'll be expected to lead by example - writing clean, maintainable code, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, values clean UI/UX design, and is ready to make a meaningful impact in an early-stage, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in modern frontend development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.

Deep knowledge of React.js and production-level experience with Next.js.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Solid understanding of performance tuning, server-side rendering (SSR), dynamic routing, and API integrations.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD workflows, and debugging tools.

Experience working in Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and maintain frontend features using React.js and Next.js to ensure robust and scalable user interfaces.

Collaborate closely with design and backend teams to deliver seamless and efficient user experiences, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.

Own key parts of the frontend stack, guiding technical direction for UI components and frameworks to enhance performance and maintainability.

Optimize code for performance, SEO, and accessibility to improve user engagement and reach.

Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce quality standards, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and recommend improvements to team workflows to enhance productivity and output quality.
