About The Role We are seeking an Adjoint(e) administratif(ve) to join our team in Matane. This full-time position places you at the heart of our administrative and financial operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing essential administrative tasks, supporting financial processes, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with precision. You will act as an ambassador of the Groupe Rioux brand, representing our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • DEC in administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or administrative support roles.
  • Knowledge of Nethris accounting software is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in French, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process employee payroll, including CCQ and regular payrolls.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage and follow up on CNESST files, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
  • Handle invoicing and monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and promptly.
  • Generate and submit GST/QST reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to the administrative department, assisting with various tasks and projects.
  • Represent the Groupe Rioux brand positively in all interactions, fostering a professional image.
