About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled JavaScript / Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing scalable backend services, building and maintaining REST APIs, and ensuring the robustness of onboarding workflows.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and QA teams to validate system integrations, perform comprehensive testing, and support the deployment of high-quality applications. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js. Relevant experience in backend development, API integration, and testing frameworks is essential.

Familiarity with RESTful API development, templating engines like Handlebars, and cloud platforms such as AWS is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills, a test-first development mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to project scope changes. A solid understanding of deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management is also important.

Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications and hands-on experience in similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend services utilizing JavaScript and Node.js frameworks.

• Support system configuration, manage API subscriptions, and oversee release management activities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure application scalability and performance by following best design principles and architectural practices.
• Adapt to scope changes efficiently, incorporating updates seamlessly into ongoing development efforts.
• Document technical specifications, best practices, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
• Support deployment activities, monitor production systems, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
