- Own and execute the content and growth strategy across all digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Define and maintain brand tone, voice, and visual direction for consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Plan, execute, and optimize monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and more.
- Develop quality blog content aligned with SEO strategies and brand positioning.
- Manage website content via WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices and content consistency.
- **Creative Direction & Production:**
- Conceptualize and lead photoshoots, testimonial shoots, and video productions, including post-production direction.
- Provide clear direction on platform-specific video formats based on audience behavior and performance insights.
- Launch video-led campaigns focusing on lead generation, brand trust, and conversions.
- Oversee the creation and quality control of various marketing collaterals including social media creatives, banners, brochures, and more.
- Collaborate effectively with designers on graphic design and print branding.
- **Performance Marketing & Growth:**
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with expertise in audience targeting, creative testing, and CPL optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance, lead quality, CAC, and ROI; continuously optimize based on insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies across creatives, landing pages, and campaigns.
- **Market Intelligence & Business Impact:**
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark brand positioning, content strategy, and ad performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats for a competitive advantage.
- Analyze marketing data for business forecasting and collaborate with teams to align campaigns with revenue targets.
Your qualifications should include:
