Job Title: UAT Tester

Compensation: $50K–$65K (based on experience)

Location: Fully On-Site

Job Description

We are currently seeking a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) to join a growing operations and technology team supporting large-scale system implementations within a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or looking to build experience in software testing, particularly within operations or logistics-focused systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on business and operational requirements
• Perform end-to-end testing, including integration and regression testing across multiple systems
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tracking tools (e.g., JIRA or similar)
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and support resolution efforts
• Participate in system validation efforts and ensure functionality meets user expectations
• Support user training efforts and assist with implementation activities
• Maintain accurate documentation including test results, scripts, and issue logs
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and post-implementation reviews

Qualifications

• Experience or exposure to software testing or quality assurance processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with testing tools or defect tracking systems is preferred
• Exposure to warehouse, logistics, or operational systems is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CARLISLE, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.05 - $22.00/hr.
