Location: Hybrid (Bridgewater, NJ – 3 days/week in-office)

Reports to: Head of Kerasal

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000

We’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and results-driven Brand Experience Lead to help elevate and reimagine our foot and nail care business. In this role, you’ll oversee campaigns that resonate with consumers, highlight our product differentiators, and ensure consistency across every brand touchpoint.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Support and help shape Kerasal’s long-term brand strategy, ensuring clarity and consistency across all consumer touchpoints
• Contribute to claims and clinical development in partnership with R&D and regulatory teams
• Lead execution of consumer campaigns from brief through launch, managing agencies and internal stakeholders across paid and owned channels
• Ensure creative excellence across all assets, maintaining a high bar for visual and messaging quality
• Partner with media, communications, and PR teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact storytelling
• Lead PR initiatives and brand events
• Manage execution of marketing initiatives including review generation, healthcare professional programs, consumer promotions, and packaging refreshes
• Drive commercialization project management, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination stay on track

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience (personal care or lifestyle brand preferred)
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to evaluate work through both brand and consumer lenses
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and results-driven
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and external partners
• Passion for storytelling, trend tracking, and brand building
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
