Job Description

SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant

Contract

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to customer service and field service operations.

Configure and customize SAP CS module to meet business needs.

Implement and support:

Service Notifications

Service Orders

Service Contracts

Warranty Management

Installed Base Management

Resource Planning and Scheduling

Repair and Returns Processing

Integrate SAP CS with SAP PM, SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.

Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

Develop functional specifications for reports, enhancements, interfaces, forms, and workflows.

Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP CS-related issues.

Conduct end-user training and prepare functional documentation.

Support data migration, cutover activities, and go-live support.

Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments and system integrations.

Required Skills

Strong experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) module configuration and support.
