Salary Range: INR20,000 - INR22,000 per month

The operations and accounts teams rely on accurate data management to ensure smooth business functioning across multiple locations.

Role Overview:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle routine data tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in company systems and software
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, and transactions
• Verify data for errors and ensure data accuracy
• Organise and maintain digital and physical records
• Assist accounts and operations teams with data-related tasks
• Generate basic reports as required
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and updates
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry work

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in data entry or similar role
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic understanding of data handling and documentation
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
