Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong database experience (Oracle, MongoDB)
- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Hands-on experience with observability tools
- Proven experience in leading development teams
- Experience with CI/CD and containerization
- Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot/Claude)
