About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and friendly Client Support Specialist to help take care of client questions and day to day support needs. In this role, you will speak with clients through chat, email, or phone and help them understand services or solve simple issues.

This is an entry level role. You do not need past experience. We will train you. What matters most is how you communicate, how you handle people, and your ability to stay calm and helpful.

You will be working from home, so you should be comfortable working on your own and staying organized during your shift.

What You Will Do

• Respond to client questions through chat, email, or phone
• Give clear and simple answers about services
• Help with basic account or access issues
• Keep records of conversations and updates
• Pass more complex issues to the right team
• Make sure clients feel heard and supported
