About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Live Chat Assistant to support our customers. In this role, you will respond to client messages through live chat and help them with questions about our services, accounts, and data platforms.

This is a remote position. You will work from home and provide fast and clear support to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat
• Provide accurate and clear information
• Assist users with account access and basic issues
• Guide customers on how to use company tools and services
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Record and update chat interactions
• Maintain a professional and helpful tone

Requirements

• Basic computer skills (typing, internet, chat tools)
• Strong written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable internet connection
• No experience required (training provided)
